All bonuses, promotions, and incentives offered by Maxbet are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x requirement on a MYR 200 bonus requires MYR 4,000 in qualifying bets). Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10–20%. Unclaimed or unconverted Bonus Funds that have not been wagered to completion within the applicable bonus validity period (which ranges from 7 to 30 days depending on the specific promotion) will be automatically forfeited from the Account balance without notice.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is MYR 250 to MYR 500 (as specified in the relevant promotion terms). Placing bets that exceed this cap while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings at Maxbet's sole discretion.
Maxbet actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on low-variance games or specific outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts; and misrepresenting identity to claim multiple welcome bonuses. Where evidence of bonus abuse is found, Maxbet reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the relevant accounts permanently.
All bets are subject to acceptance by Maxbet at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message or reference number. Maxbet reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, Maxbet reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. No claim for compensation arising from a system error will be entertained beyond the return of the original stake.
Maxbet offers sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UFC, NBA, and a wide range of international sporting events. All sports betting is governed by the specific sport rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting outcome, the official result declared by the relevant governing body shall be final.

Any breach of these prohibitions will result in the immediate suspension of the Account, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Maxbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game content, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maxbet or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content from the Maxbet platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Maxbet. Unauthorised use of Maxbet's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maxbet and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.
Maxbet's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Maxbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or circumstances beyond Maxbet's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory actions).
Maxbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In the event of Account closure for cause, any remaining balances may be forfeited.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting Maxbet's customer support team. Before closure is completed, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible real-money balance (net of active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary suspension or permanent self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting customer support. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

Where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Maxbet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date.
